Derya Dokur

Derya Dokur holds MSc. degree from Koç University in Chemical and Biological Engineering. She has over 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector covering technical and management aspect. During her time at TUPRAS, she has been responsible for Vacuum Distillation, Delayed Coker and Hydrocracker Production plants. She has carried out and led several data analytics and machine learning projects to monitor and optimize production, and design decision support systems for refinery process with regard to productivity, safety and reliability. She has contributed to digital transformation journey of TUPRAS for future operations as well as supported the human resources development of the company in terms of digital maturity.
